The twin room here is totally new and awesome. Plus, you've got cool spots nearby like pubs and cafés, perfect for grabbing a bite or a drink. And hey, there's a neat restaurant called Restaurante Fortuna just a short stroll away for a nice dinner🍽️.

Everything was great, pleasant staff, magnificent views of the sea. The rooms at this cheap hotel were spotless. The accommodation had a very central location in centre of the "strip ". Found Mulligans New Town with perfect drinks 100 metres away. Fabulous food, I appreciated it. My stay here was such great.

It was a good stay for 2 nights. Room was spotless and available with large wardrobe, the fridge and great view.

This is my third time staying there in 15 months. It has an excellent locatiion, being right at the hearth of the entertainment and restaurants available.It is excelent value for money and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Each time, Adrian who deals with the bookings has accommodated me with the exact apartment that I requested- a proper gentleman to deal with!

It can be very noisy at night from loud music in surrounding nightclubs. But this effects only a small number of the apartments.

Super close to the non-paying part of beach, the beach showers, rocky areas/good fun parts for kids. Right on the avenida. Right beside nice shops etc. Right btween Mulligan's and Charlie's - so excellent for night life, Centro Atlantico etc. Excellent breakfast/pizza etc available from Rocas Blancas cafe on the Avenida, icecream bar there too - and the Italian ice kiosk is straight across from our cafe/bar on the prom too.

No microwave! Bad shower head, poor spray, wouldn't stay up on its mount/holder thing. The hot water from kitchen/bath/sink/shower taps was dangerously hot and difficult to regulate - or sometimes there was no hot water to shower. Swimming pool depth is measured wrong - it says 95cm at shallowest, but my son is 120cm and he couldn't put his feet on the floor. This spoilt the hol because he only went into pool 3times in 10days, whereas normally he would've been in several times a day, able to while away the hours without me entertaining him. Some people might not like the noise at night from the disco complex next door - if your apartment is near the Centro Atlantico. The music starts up about 11am to 4am every night, but if you're on the far side of the blocks you should be ok.

The room had useful amenities like a refrigerator, electric kettle, and microwave; the location was excellent with nearby pubs, cafés, a bay.

Just back from a 2 week stay at the rocas blancas, they are lovely apartments across the road from the sea. Yes! I would definately stay here again. I think people that complain about these apts are looking for a 5 star hotel at 2 star prices, so please dont be complaing about petty things you get what you pay for.

didnt like music outside of complex at the entrance as it went on too late into the night ......... had to move apartments to rear of complex but that didnt cause too much inconvienience .......

The amicable staff were great at all times. the restaurant was small, perfect for an English breakfast, and served fresh dishes. - the brand-new apartments had a fantastic view of the sea and the promenade. - the location was magnificent and lovely, with tidy rooms. - the area was very quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The location was extremely good with a choice of restaurants and bars all close by. Directly opposite was the main beach so we had sea views from our apartment and just a short stroll to the sand. Swimming pool area was quiet and relaxing.

Cutlery and crockery was very limited! Noise level from the nearby clubs was noticable late into the night but no more than you'd expect given the location of the apartment.

unfortunately our apartment was in the shade all day which made it very cool , kitchen poorly equipped eg no oven or microwave only one 2 ring hotplate ?? very basic cutlery no corkscrew to open bottle of wine or tin opener

The location and the amazing sea view!

Furniture is a bit basic and old fashioned but it's still good value for money and the sea view from the balcony is worth every penny!
